Defective PS5 Controller – Very Disappointed

Right out of the box, it had issues—buttons were unresponsive, and the analog stick drift made gameplay nearly impossible. I tried troubleshooting and even updated the firmware, but nothing worked. For the price, I expected much better quality and reliability. I had to return it and am now hesitant to buy a replacement. Definitely a frustrating experience

Delay in the wifi

I'm currently have issues with my thumb due to the paddle on the the left side. When I have to move in any direction the paddle digs into my thumb causing to swell and in pain. Secondly there is a delay in the D-pad and the buttons wifi and doesn't sync well with the game. Combination sequence will be delayed leaving you getting attacked. I'm looking into another controller that hopefully will meet my needs and works without delay.
