Careful when buying open box items

Got home to use it and the stick drift was worse than my old over 1 year one. Sadly instant return. Unfortunately they didn’t have a new one so I just had to return and not exchange

Steer Clear of the White Controller

A known issue with Sony, yet they do nothing about it, 4 controllers I’ve bought, all 4 stick drift, I’m glad the newer better built midnight and cosmic red are now out, they are much better built.

Perfect addition to any PS5

Rubber buttons peeling

Sony's poor manufacturing of the controller

My son got it for Christmas, and he had just played for a few days. Sony has to fix this problem because the one that came with the system had a similar problem too. It is not Best Buy, it is Sony's problem.
