I like the color I’ve been playing but also it’s a good refurbish item

I have had my controller for 8 months, and I am already experiencing stick drift! This is just unacceptable for an $80 controller!

Less than a year after purchasing stick stick has made it near unusable.

The controller trigger doesn’t work for left and right. Called song to get a replacement and they said I have to pay for shipping and they’re not liable for anything that happens further to an already defective controller.

Remote itself is pretty good only issue I have is that the up and down on the dpad stopped working after 2 weeks

Ps5 controllers dont have the battery life of other controllers good deal if you can get them around $50

Had it for a day and the X button is already sticking

I can’t believe I saved my money just to buy a remote that was made by a first grader with glue and glitter

Stop working in a month they don’t last They need upgrade

This controller has a issue, you let the thumb stick go and the person keeps moving for about 10 seconds. Second one I have that has this problem.

I purchased an open box to save $10. Dog gone it the used controller was broken. That’s why the person who had it before me returned it. Best Buy “employees “ didn’t even check the merchandise they were trying to resell. Dropped the ball on that one. Luckily I’m a decent guy. Or else you would’ve lost a customer.

Checked out the controller after purchasing it and it looked great. However, the left joystick suddenly stopped working :(

I bought this product for my significant other and he informed me that it is already not working and had to buy a replacement. He was having issues with it after the first month and it seemed to not be in the right condition. Not sure if I received a faulty product.

For some reason it didn't hold a charge and always low battery

Got this and returned and exchanged 3 times! The right trigger button was faulty out of the box!

These controllers would be so much better if Sony didn’t use the cheapest thumb sticks they could. Good luck not drifting after a few uses.

Had some scratches on the touchpad, silver looking scratches.

This is my second ps5 controller purchase aside from the third which came with the ps5 when I bought it. They all become defective within a month and then I can’t return them because of the 15 day return policy.Ridiculous.

did not last long. the O button started to stay sinked in when pushed during games... that happended only 2-3 weeks after purchase. after 4 months, unable to charge it any more
