They helped me each step of the way to getting the item. Box was in greak condition. Had a few nicks but overall the contoller was perfect.

Everything about it works just as it should. The controller is comfortable to hold and the buttons and rumble feel just right.

No scratch, no damage at all, everything just perfect as new Very satisfying to bought this product. I used until now and didn’t have problem at all. I’ll be recomended it

I had a ps4 one that cramped, several xbox one and 360 controllers that made my thumb feel stretched, but this is nearly perfect and feels very very premium.

I love all game consoles, but the DualSense is the most comfortable controller of any gaming system out there.
