Weird issues for a brand new controller

It has to be from the factory because the package was sealed and brand new. The DPad also feels like something is sticking when changing directions quickly. I have two white controllers and the lighter blue variant and none of those have any issues. The dualsense itself is a great controller so if yours is perfect out of the box I expect you'll love it.

The sticks have a good feel and the buttons all work well. My personal preference is the two sticks side by side, instead of the stick/thumbpad layout of the XBox style controller.
