Listen, this isn’t really the controller’s fault. But when I bought it, the box was damaged. Now I don’t care if the box looked pretty or even if the box was in the best condition because it’s a box. But the controller looks used. I know for a fact that I purchased a new one. Two of the buttons were damaged like they were really hard to press down. At first, I just figured it was the haptics of the game I was playing, but the issue persisted even when I turned that feature off. The return process was simple, so I appreciated that. But I hated the fact that I had to return it in the first place. Cause I couldn’t find my old one. So that was a pain waiting for a new one. But overall, I love my new PlayStation controller. I just wish it wasn’t broken when I got it.

For some reason this controller tends to break and drift after way too little ware and tear. I've had to send this to Sony 3 times for repair because of this issue and at my own shipping expense. Im completely disappointed with this because for me the older DualShock 4 hadn't given me this problem when I owned a ps4. Although it has some better features like the haptic sensors, it still annoys me to constantly deal with this issue even though It has only been 1 and a half years of owning this controller.

I really like this new controller, and the little details that they included on it.

Excellent feel to the hands, hard at first coming from DualShock but it’s perfect.
