Dependable as always. Are used to buy generic ones for the variety of colors and things but they just never lasted as long as the actual Sony controllers from PS one all the way to PS five

This controller works great out the box but after 2-3 months the thumb buttons develop drift. Your character will not go in the proper direction. Pretty frustrating especially when the price tag is $80. Buy them but get the warranty.

My remote is the best. The manager at best buy was helpful in my purchase

Buy the protection plan.Even with light use, the joy sticks drift after a short period of time. Almost as if Sony asked Nintendo for the joycons design flaw and made it even worse. Not happy with it, but it's the only controller that is supported 100% by the ps5...of course. As for ergonomics, my thumbs go numb from the outside edges, not happy with the contours. Feels solid, but the joysticks suck, suck, and blow some more.

I mean it’s a controller I would give it 5 stars because it works and all, but I have to replace these things like every 6 months or so because of really bad stick drift. I got a warranty with this one so hopefully I can get a free replacement when the time inevitably arrives.

Functions as expected. It is replacing a previously purchased controller for which the left thumbstick wore out within 7 months. Hopefully that will not be repeated with the new controller.

PlayStation five is an awesome platform and there’s Sony wireless controller is excellent. Its functions flawlessly. I was not particularly interested in the flashy colored ones and this black one fits the bill perfectly.

The controller works fine there’s nothing really wrong with it but the right joystick, although not being touched it continuously rotates and moves itself. Tried to play cod and thought it was maybe just a small glitch but it was with everything I played. Says excellent condition so I never expected that…

Really great product no drifting within the sticks and plays well for controller specific games on pc. Also supports Bluetooth and little to no input lag.
