Really nice looking controller. Works great so far.

Item was sold as "open box - excellent". Unit arrived with severe stick drift on the Right thumb stick. It was obviously never tested prior to sale via Best Buy. An absolute waste of my time to return it back to the store.

everything works fine, but some keys are a little stiff

Bought 2 months ago haven't used till my other controller had a stick drift after only 8 months of having that one and now this one right after I actually started to use it gets a stick drift as well

Sucks!! Brand new and right out the box and has an insane stick drift dont waste your money on original PS5 Controllers and buy other brands that are much cheaper and do the same

The 1 star isnt because of the controller but its because he cheated on her and im mad about it

I've had to replace it twice now due to the buttons getting stuck. Have had issues with PlayStation Remote, which I never used to have with my older consoles.

Stick Drift after 3 months of light use, I barely play my ps5 to have to deal with stick drift only 3 months in to purchasing, worst part is 3 months is too long for it to qualify for returns. You’re better off buying the elite ps5 controller, more expensive but you can just replace the sticks if you get stick drift.

Stick drift is a massive problem in these controllers. After just couple of hours of gameplay, i didn't have any control over the right analog stick.

Works great for about a year. Most of these start to stray after a while. It’s really too bad that they don’t offer a two-year warranty on them considering the price. I recommend because it’s the only choice that we have really.

Controller battery life is not it, with a full charge the battery is dead after 30mins, and this my 3rd Controller since i bought my ps5. If you're a big guy idk if you wanna purchase this controller. The joysticks and buttons never last for me, and i barely game anymore.

The controller seems fine except that the thumbstick sticks to the right so my character moves even when you put the controller down. Kind of a pain since I purposely got a new controller so I didn't have to deal with it.

Wish i didnt have to buy so many controllers. Might think about buying the premium controller. Ive dont spent just as much already

It's getting the job done, but the first one, the left thumbstick malfunctioned. This set so far, the C connector doesn't stay connected. It's a lot of money for accessories to show up in a box not well built.

It feels good in hands.Im a casual player, but I don't know if is common but in shooting games the jostyc starts moving by himself I hope warranty cover that problem.

They get stick drift within a year. Save the serial number in the back before it wears out

I’ve had all types of remotes and the ps5 analog always tend to break down so fast.

I have had to replace these controllers more than once. We have problems such as lagging and sticking keys
