[Employee of bestbuy] Always have a problem with stick drift, though it did last me a good while. inevitable.

I love my purchase. Me and my fiancé use it and is very happy with our PlayStation 5 controller.

I always buy my electronic equipment in this store and above all I protect it with a guarantee, that gives me the security that if there is any defect I can exchange it for another one without incurring extra costs.

I have two controllers…the original that came with the PS5(still works great, though I replaced the battery), and another that was purchased two years ago(left stick drift/occasionally requires cleaning). I purchased this one on a cyber Monday deal to add to the collection. Pickup and ordering through our local Best Buy was without issue and prompt, so hats off to them. However, sadly Sony continues to manufacture inferior controllers for the best console on the market. Having dealt with previous stick drift issues in the past, this controller is put away in the cabinet after every use and dedicated as “dad’s” remote. Even with care, I’ve noticed in the past few days odd behavior which I’ve narrowed down to the D pad, which includes drifting and ghost inputs. Ironically, I’ve found a simple “wack” to the left side of the controller resets it. Hopefully I’m able to make an exchange or at least have it fixed for little cost.

One of the best things about this new gaming generation. This is an amazing design and the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback are ingenious.

This is one of my favorite controller theme!!! Bought it for my son since hes a BIG FAN of Fortnite. So much details put into the controller, but price shouldve been a little lower thats the only thing to cry about.

Works as expected. I've replaced the original controller I've been using since the day-one release of the PS5.

It works good does have a scuffs on it thought it would be in better condition

My son wanted a black controller and so happy bday to him that's what he got. He likes it and so I'm good. Hoping we don't end up with drift like one of our others has already though... which I think is pretty ridiculous cause these are Pricey.

Got this for my boyfriend and he loves it so much. He says it premium feeling and is smooth. He likes the color and it’s great for gaming.

A little expensive but worked well and I really liked the design. Didn't pair well with my Shield Pro but that might have been updated since.

Havent had a chance to play with it but like all siny products im sure itll be excellent! Best buy was was so fast and helpful at getting me this for my son for Christmas. Had it shipped to my house with no problems.

Same controller just a much more exciting color. It's worth the extra 5$ if you're into color changing controllers.

I’ve always liked the Dualsense controllers, but the colors were alright. then came the new colors of Volcanic Red, and Cobalt Blue. but I like and I like the colors very much, and so does my daughter. so we can both play whatever family friendly game and eniot the controllers. plus got it during the black friday sale for $49.99 extra happy.
