The design is great. This controller feels good in my hands. The only thing I don’t like is the plastic build. This is my 6th dualsense in 3 years and everyone of my previous ones eventually developed joystick drift. I’m not sure if I’m just to hard on the joysticks, but this never happened with any of my PS4 controllers. I added the insurance plan for this one just in case. I’m tired of damaged $75 controllers.

i absolutely loved this purchase. Everything from the color, to the crispy buttons, to the presentation. Not only the controller was fire, but the service that Best Buy offered was 10/10. Excellent. Thank you for everything you guys do! <3

The new gen controllers perform very well compared to the original one that came out at launch. Buttons are more responsive and so far no stick drift. The sticks feel much more sturdy when i compare the feel the my old controller. So conclusion, if your dualshock 5 controllers are dealing with stick drift or any button fatigue then you need to upgrade. They arent just releasing the same controller Sony keeps updating it based off our response and these new chroma colors are very nice not too much not too little just the right amount of color and shine.

I’m on my third and hopefully final incarnation of my Diablo 2 Resurrected Barbarian hardcore mode. The first two died because of overconfidence and under preparation. Not because of this awesome controller!

Feels awesome and looks awesome. It feels just as nice the original, but having two is better because you can charge one as you play then switch them.
