For some reason the PS5 controller doesn't have a great battery. I remember playing with the PS4 controller almost a whole day before it died. These you get a few hours and it's dieing on you.

Not Red. More of some form of purple with red mixed in. But this is not Red of any form and is misleading by them calling it red. I don’t believe it to be any shade of red.

It's your typical dual sense controller when it comes to functionality, all though the actually color of this particular controller is not red. The color is actually more like a raspberry color, people looking to buy this just letting you know.

It's technically red. Wish it was more red though. Also wish they sold the plates for the ps5 in stores. Anything is better than white though.

Battery life is terrible. Overall a solid controller, you’ll just keep it plugged in more often than you’d like for a wireless controller.

I love the color soo much! But it’s starting to malfunction. It keeps pressing different inout by itself. I’ve only had it for two months.

This product works very good for a while, however after a year began to give issues

Surprisingly good with input lag over Bluetooth compared to my Xbox one controller. At first I thought it was broken, but if you use it with Bluetooth on PC you need to remove it from paired devices before plugging it in directly for adaptive triggers and haptics.

Got analaog drift about 4 months after purchase. Sony's warranty will replace it for "free" but I have to ship the controller and pay for that myself. Not only that, it could be weeks before receiving a replacement. With the Joycons I was fairly forgiving, because it took over for me to experience. But in this case, Sony, I am very disappointed. Countless publications have brought up the issue, and your company should be going out of its way to make it easy to solve these kinds of problems. Just leaving this review as a warning to others thinking of picking up this controller.

Overall this is a solid remote. The only thing i can consider better is the customizable one coming out in January 2023

These controllers are not well made, but at least I purchased the protection plan.

My only complaint is that it does not come with a usb to plug it into the playstation for the initial update. You should have one that comes with the PlayStation but would be nice to have one seeing that these controllers cost a little more now.

I bought a remote July 12th 2021 and now Oct 17th 2021 I am dealing with a drift that is unfixable. I contacted Sony support was no help at all. Went on YouTube and tried different methods which worked for 2-3 days and the drift came back, tried the same methods which no longer worked. This remote was never dropped, not an aggressive user- makes no sense, this is annoying, got no choice but to buy another remote and hope for a better experience.

Great color and matches the PS5 oem plates. Battery life is average at best so keep it plugged often. Pickup experience at BestBuy was ok and not great. Should've shipped it instead. At the BF22 sale price of $50, it was a no brainer.

Good color and love the triggers still not a fan of joystick placement so that why its a 4 and good BF deal

The worst.. Controller has stick drift... Best buy has no record of serial numbers to send it off to Sony and won't assist me either.. So much for having a best buy credit card. They won't help me do anything but spend. May as well cut it up
