Just after 30 day mark, even being a brand new model, controller drift. I guess you roll the dice with all PS5 controllers, new or used.

Great controller my son loves it but I think it’s kind of pricey and I was able to find a cheaper somewhere else

Works but disappointed in color. Advertised as cosmic red....cost $15 more...looks pink in person. Aside from that does everything the same as the white controller...

Controller is beautiful but the quality was horrible the mic port shorted out and i couldnt hear gameplay or my teammates while in a PS5 chat had to exchange but the new remote had the same issue which made think twice about shopping at bestbuy again.

These are a gold mine for Sony at this point. They only last about a year and that’s if you baby them. I’ve ordered replacement analog modules and plan on doing my own repairs from here on out.

Not even months old and theres stick drift that ruins gameplay experience

Just gave it as a Christmas present and not even 4 times used and it’s already not working. Useless to pay so much for something worthless

The feel of the remote is really nice but the battery life just doesn’t last.

I purchased this PlayStation controller and have been very satisfied with it. The controller works perfectly, feels comfortable in hand, and performs exactly as expected during gameplay. Button response and overall build quality are excellent. What really stood out was the price — it was noticeably cheaper than other stores, while still being brand new and high quality. The purchase process was smooth, and overall this was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this controller to anyone looking for quality at a better price.

Remote itself is pretty good only issue I have is that the up and down on the dpad stopped working after 2 weeks

Looks red online but when i got it wasnt happy with the color so return it and got a white one

Why cant they just come out with a fire engine red controller?

The joystick has stopped working properly and has bad drift now. One of the buttons stopped working.

Worked well for 11 months, left stick started glitching (known issue) - contacted Bestbuy support, they weren't helpful and just redirected to Playstation support. 1/5 - For an official Sony controller, I am used to at least 3 years of quality usage!

Bought this one because the first one already has an issue. For context, I bought the first controller only two months ago. The first one has a non-working left D-pad button and the left trigger sticks. Hopefully this one does better. As a note, I wouldn't recommend the controller, but it's kind of a necessary item?

These ps5 controllers are defective this is my 4th time buying a controller and this one got damaged 1 month in this is ridiculous these controller's are defective and the worst part is they want me to pay to ship it to them to get it fixed.

Bought this prior to having a PS5. Haven’t had a chance to use it because I CANT EVEN GET A PS5!!!!
