Worst product by Sony ever. Unbelievable bad quality.

The left stuck randomly started sticking just a few month of owning this

Second controller i bought out 4, very bad quality sony, the buttons and triggers are already messing up and being honest im not a very heavy gamer anymore neither do i give bad treatment to my controllers and consoles but really try to find a better option

The controller joystick moves to the left on its own. Bought this four months ago for $80 and it didn't even last a year. Non-returnable now. I'm going to buy the next one off of Amazon, they'd allow this return.

1 month in and the controller already have a drift on the anolog

This product has already malfunction and I never made it back to the ups to return it in time before they alerted I can no long cause to much time had lapsed so guess I’m out 50$

This has nothing to do with the retailers but these ps5 controllers are notorious for "stick drift" i have 4 of these controllers and now my newest one have terrible stick drift.

I disliked the color. Returned it and got black instead

Color was completely wrong. The return was difficult, the attitude of the associate borderline at best.

Doesn’t stay connected via Bluetooth and doesn’t hold a charge. Never had a problem with a PS5 controller before. Maybe just a bad one.

After a month started bugs and controller not functional. Stuck left side while playing and I hate it! When I tried to bring it back to Best Buy. They said oh you have to go thru Sony! Never gonna buy anything from Best Buy!

It was drifting during the first use out of tbe box. I should have known that this is an item you wanna get new if you do serious gaming

Brought 2 different colors on the same day 19 days later both stop working on the same day buttons stop working

Directional buttons stopped working or possibly never worked. I've only had the controller for a month or so.

I only used 8 times and got the drift issue. My original controller still works. Sony should fix this issue.

Second one I bought, cannot hold a charge, I’ll never buy a controller from Best Buy again

I bought the Cosmic Red DualSense earlier this month, and it’s been fantastic. The color looks even better in person—rich and premium. Performance is excellent, with responsive buttons and immersive haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. It works smoothly across my PS5 and PC, with easy pairing. Battery life could be a bit better, but it’s manageable. Overall, it’s a stylish, high-quality controller that enhances the gaming experience.

Open up the package went to plug it in didn’t turn on try to take it back to the store I got it from but never got a receipt from them so couldn’t return it
