Great new controller design. Sits comfortably in your hands, smooth as can be, and the haptic feedback is impressive.. nice addition for this new gen. Arrived a few days after release. The game arrived quickly, the day after release and was packed well. Best Buys communication from the time of purchase, through delivery, and even after having it is by far the best, quickest, reliable place that I've purchased from online hands down, which has lead to me using them for many things in the recent month that I usually would have used amazon for. Definitely recomend and I will use them again.

Similar design as the PS4 controller, love the white on black color scheme, and it still has an earphone jack at the bottom, that way you don’t bother anyone around you and you can turn it up as loud as you want. It has the vibrating motor too. Buy yourself a gaming 9 foot extension cord though, plug the 3 foot cord that comes with it into that and you have 12 feet of cord, to keep playing while the controller is plugged in and charging. The rubber thumb stick pads are nice and sturdy. Only 1 controller comes with the console so get a second one if you’re into multiplayer games online.

Great color choices durability crisp button layout

I have a problem buying too many controllers, and this is my most recent addition to my collection. While I do like the Starlight Blue color, my favorite is still the Galactic Purple, followed by Cosmic Red. The DualSense itself is a fantastic controller--the best on the market. The feel in your hands and the new haptic-feedback feel truly next-gen. I used a gift card to cut down on the hefty $70 price. Recommend trying to catch it on sale if you can.

Better than expected! The color slightly changes depending on the light. The blue or purple metallic look is fantastic! No issues so far. $80 is a bit much for this so wait for a sale.

Controller works as expected. All the controls and buttons work fine with good game response. The price is little high but the sale price made it a little better to justify.

The controller works well, nice handling, great colour and lasts about 6 hours. I shot it at a reduced price. I would recommend.

The controller works great. Works just like the one that came with my PS5. The color is great too. Shimmers when you move it like a pearl or oyster color.

My son absolutely loves it was looking for a unique color and this one was the best.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. Paired easily with her ps5 and she uses it everynight. Losing stars because of price and the fact that it still uses regular alps thumbsticks and not hall effect or tmr for the price. Otherwise the dualsense is a great controller
