This iteration is equally as great with a very impressive and professional looking finish.

Good controller for PC gaming

It's claimed by some to also function well on the theoretical gaming console known as the PlayStation 5, but it's not worth speculating about since those have not been conclusively proven to exist. It's not perfect. The battery life leaves a lot to be desired compared to my 8BitDo controllers. The d-pad gets a little mushy with prolonged use. And perhaps most notably, I've had to partially tear it down to replace the rubber contact pad under the right side buttons twice in the 10 or so months I've owned it as the X and circle buttons develop small tears or thin spots and start to stick a bit when pressed. I'm not hard on my controllers and keep them clean, and haven't had to make these kinds of repairs nearly as often on controllers I've had far longer. Both of those repairs were in my first couple of months of owning the controller, and since then it's been fine, so maybe mine just needed a little breaking in.
