I've owned a lot of controllers over the years, but the PS5 DualSense is on a different level. From the moment I picked it up, it felt premium - solid build quality, super comfortable grip, and just the right amount of weight. The adaptive triggers and haptic feedback are honestly game-changing. They make every action feel more immersive, whether it's pulling back a bowstring, firing a weapon, or driving over different terrain.

The greatest console on the market needs the greatest controller on the market and this controller certainly fits the bill. Great haptic feedback, long battery life, attractive design and unlike other inferior controllers for inferior consoles, this controller is rechargeable so you won't have to pull your hair out to look for batteries every month!

The PS4 controller was ALMOST perfect. The Switch Pro controller is perfect. This controller stands firmly in-between the two. Pros: This is the second most comfortable controller I've ever used (I have huge palms and short sausage fingers). The Xbox controller makes my hands fatigue quickly (I use the Elite Series 2 to combat this) so I minimize Xbox play. The PS4 controller, while mostly comfortable, has literally cut my fingers with the sharp edges near the triggers while playing platformers. The Switch Pro controller is my FAVORITE and this is similar. No fatigue, I played Horizon: Zero Dawn for 8+ hours at a time, which also means excellent battery life, and feels very solid like the Switch Pro controller. Cons: I've never been a fan of lights on my controller as a distraction. While, after dimming the lights, they aren't totally distracting, they're still annoying. Can't I just have the option to turn them off instead of dim? Other than that, my only complaint is the sharp edges in a couple of spots. They aren't going to cut me like the PS4 trigger cutouts, but they aren't perfectly smooth and rounded like the Switch Pro. Fix that and this is an incredible controller. Other thoughts: Durability is an issue. Not yet for me, but it will be. This is one of those controllers with guaranteed drift. Buy the replacement plan on it. You'll need it.

We love this controller! We have a Xbox too and by far this is much nicer! I love that you charge it and I don’t have to worry about batteries! My son loves that he can talk to his friends through the controller! We’d definitely purchase this again!

Why pay extra? The black and whites are $10 cheaper, than the other colors, so as usual we had one of our original White controllers get the dreaded 'drift' so we tossed it, and replaced with with this black one.
