I have never had any problems with my dualsense controllers. My brother, however, does have problems with his because he is prone to bang his around and generally treat it worse. So it is a great product that you can really get mileage out of if you take care of it.

The matted finish feels great as it won't slip from your hand. The haptic feedback for call of duty is amazing feeling the recoil from the many different guns. This feature doesn't work with all game unless it's stated on the game case. Love the color also and lighting on it

No drift in this one so far. I like the color,y kid doesn't. Wait to buy them until they go on sale. Full price is too much
