I really loved how they kept apologizing for the inconvenience of not having a certain controller in stock so they made it work

Initially, they almost couldn’t find the controller, but associate Brandon went the extra mile and found it for me. His genuineness and attentiveness provided a satisfying shopping experience. Awesome controller. Not ergonomic for everyone.

Xbox controllers are definitely more ergonomic for me, but all the haptic feedback and analog variable resistance are not just gimmicks, they sure improve the gaming experience.
