Feels great and is easy to use. It’s a standard controller although I will say that it dies quicker than a PS4 controller

Next gen, next level controller. Ive been in awe playing the ps5 with this controller. Its very nice and comfortable. Wish sony wouldve added paddles but still a huge leap from ps4.

I'd give it 5 stars if it were just a review of Best Buy, but that's not what this review is for. I bought this controller to replace another that was about a year old and had terrible drift occurring to the point that games were unplayable. The controller out of the box was great, the first several games were great, but I can already tell that the left trigger button is loose and activating during gameplay when not actually engaged. The problem is in the manufacturing of the controllers themselves and is what it is from Sony and Playstation, you may want to consider a good third party controller if you're willing to spend the money. If you need a new controller and are comfortable with these like I am, just understand they don't last as long as they should for the money.
