They helped me each step of the way to getting the item. Box was in greak condition. Had a few nicks but overall the contoller was perfect.

I love the grey camouflage skin, we got a Sony pulse headset to match!!! Cheapest in price and best in quality, plus everything is covered with the total tech membership!! Def a must have !

Nice color for dualsense

The red has pinkish hues like shown in the displayed photos . If you like red in general and need a 2nd dualsense pick one up. If you have more than enough controllers maybe wait for a different shade if you want a more basic red.

The first controller I received did not hold charge. Took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it with no hassle. Works fine with the issue, solid build quality etc
