The item was great not do much the customer service

it’s a amazing color and design, although it only lasted a month until i got stick drift on it, i recommend adding the geek squad insurance on it, but overall amazing controller!!

Ps5 controller is best. It works perfectly fine.

I was able to use my controller for approximately 9 hours on launch day without the controller dying. It did warn me that battery was low but it didn't die. The haptic makes it where you feel vibration only in the button you are pressing which is pretty cool. It feels comfortable in the hands and I really like the feel of the L and R buttons.

The best controller in gaming. It's totally a game changer and truly feels like next gen. If you're on the fence between buying a series x and ps5, this controller should totally move you towards the PlayStation. After owning both consoles, I continually go back to PlayStation 5 because of how much more fun it is to play with us controller.

Excellent value at Best Buy with great service. Got this one to replace a controller that developed stick drift. Once that happens it just gets worse.
