After 3 years my old purple one started drifting. Got this one because I LOVED the color. Honestly to me this one feels a little better quality from the ones that are not shiny, so that’s an added plus for me! Also a great sale, really the only reason I decided to get it.

Recently, the PS5 controllers have been of good quality. However, this is my third controller where the left or right stick started drifting. That being said, this has nothing to do with Best Buy, as their service is great.

Bought the PS5 Controller from Best Buy and couldn’t be happier! The purchase process was smooth, and delivery was fast. My kid absolutely loves it. It’s been a great addition to his controllers. Highly recommend!

Color is stunning and actually matches the lady's car, which is why she wanted this one. Gotta love the new features of the PS5 controller, as well, makes games a bit more immersive with upgraded resistances and functionality.

No dislikes, the control is responsive, buttons are a bit sensitive especially the right trigger but overall plays very well

I love the PS5 controller. I like the black one the best cuz it doesn't show dirt and stuff is easy as the light with your oily hands.

Fantastic and fabulous wireless controller. Last long a d love the fact that I don't have to sit so close for them to work. I sit about 10 feet from the system and it works flawlessly. Vibrates and has a speaker in it so the talking in your game comes out of the controler. I love that!
