Good control love the color but dont let it fell….

My son and i enjoy out new Playstation 5 controller and we like to thank the great best buy staff for all the help and support in our new purchase.

The new Dual Sense controller for the PS5 is by far in my opinion the best controller aesthetically and functionally that I have ever used. It feels great in hand and I never experience any kind of gaming fatigue while playing even for extended periods of time. It has a nice solid weight and feel, but I do have to point out that it uses the same industry standard thumbstick actuators that they've always used and unfortunately they just don't last very long. If you play a lot, chances are you will start to experience stick drift. You can purchase replacement actuators and replace them yourself for less than $10 but it would be nice if they were made with better-quality materials. Other than that, the haptic feedback on the triggers is a fun novel feature that you will sometimes use and other times likely want to turn off or at the very least lower the sensitivity. I would definitely recommend this controller, especially if you can get it on sale, just be aware that prolonged use will take it's toll. The $70 price tag is a bit high in my opinion.

Stick drift is real, so I’m happy I purchased a second controller for multiplayer from the start. Other than that, great improvement over the last few generations.

Great controller. The dualsense is a great controller. This one is red. At $70 it’s a little steep but when it’s on sale for $50, easy decision.

Just a normal PS5 controller, but the color is amazing and it has worked perfectly with no issues.

The item came in a few days late but the condition was mint so no complaints being that i don’t plan on opening it. I havent had problems from my other controllers so i can expect the same quality.
