I've had my PS5 since it first came out. Noticed lately a button wasn't working, and the left and right knobs were starting to drift. Went for a new black controller, feels great to have tight controls again. I still die in games but this time can't blame the controller!

First of all, Best buy was the first credit card that I ever got. There was only one that approved me for a $500. And that was 12 years ago. And right now I'm still a member of Best buy. I go in there not knowing what I'm really getting and they never let me walk out of that store with something that I'm not sure what I'm looking for. They always explain it to me. They let me know the discounts. So for that I want to say thank you. Best buy for being loyal human beings and always trying to get everybody the best deals that they can get

These controllers are amazing! The vibration feature is vastly improved. Instead of the vibration coming from the same spot, it can move to different sides of the controller. The adaptive triggers are game changing. So much more immersive than just the normal triggers. Battery life is insain. I've been playing all day without having to plug it in. Not to mention the rechargable batteries are built in so no having to buy batteries like other systems controllers.
