I’m very happy with the Midnight Black DualSense controller. It feels great in the hands, super responsive, and works flawlessly with my PS5. I also really like the color—it’s sleek, modern, and a nice change from the standard white. What made the experience even better was that Best Buy accepted my previous controller as a trade-in, which helped reduce the cost. The process was smooth and definitely worth it. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product and the service.

Bought it in great condition, the buttons are smooth plus I love the color of the controller , I feel like the quality at Best Buy are better than any other place & I will be plan on buying me another controller soon.

The built-in microphone is convenient for quick chats, though a dedicated headset is still better for serious multiplayer sessions. Battery life is decent but could be better, especially with the heavy use of advanced features. Overall, the DualSense is one of the most innovative controllers I’ve used and a true highlight of the PS5 experience.

So far so good! Obviously I am writing this review before the PS5 launch date, therefore I am reviewing the quality of the product. First impressions is that the controller feels great. Substantial. Great little details up close and feels much better than the previous gen controller. I'm beyond excited to use this when my system arrives and feel the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers.
