Hard to connect to PC

Controllers from previous generations have had way longer life & now it's almost like having hardware as a subscription service. Sony needs to do better.

Decent remote

I feel like the finger pads wear out much quicker than they should and they sticks start to drag after about 6 months of regular use.

I received only one, and the box came damaged. if you look on the slip ontop of the controller it clearly says, "qty item 1." I haven't opened it, because I'm afraid the controller is damaged. This is exactly how I received it. By the packaging alone you can see that you CANNOT fit 2 ps5 controllers in boxes in it. I would either like a refund, or my controller sent out to me. As far as the damaged one goes, it was supposed to be a gift to my son, but I think I might have to start a return on it. Usually I get top tier service from Best Buy this is the first time I've ever had a situation happen like this.
