I got an open box and it was perfect! No stick drift, super clean out of the box. Plus had a bunch of rewards from Best Buy so it worked out perfectly. I thought it was a solid red color but it’s actually a metallic red and it looks amazing in person

I was skeptical to buy a open box controller but it was the best deal they had at the time. Well it came boxed well (wish it did have a little more protection when shipped) but it works flawlessly. You can see it was used but doesn’t effect how it looks or anything!! I would buy this again if i needed one. Better quality then other local businesses

An extra controller in Black to look different than the default controller is a good option. Works well and is necessary if you need an additional controller. Controllers are insanely marked up in price though.
