Great color an works perfect not slippery good grip an no stick drift

The controller works very well. The buttons are responsive and the ergonomic design fits my hand well. The price is a bit on the steep side but the quality is solid.

I love that the color stands out, so that my daughter can always find it.

Bought these at the height of the PS-5 craze... lucky we even found them in stock! These are sturdy, durable, and they perform well-- as evidenced by our kid using them for HOURSSSS on end! Upside is no more eating through packages of AA batteries like candy, whew. Sony DualSense wireless controller for PS5 , works great for its intended use and application. Ease of navigating the control buttons and using the Controller. Also, I like the camouflage design, everyone seems to be attracted to the color at home, it will always be the first controller they want to grasp for use with the PS5

This review follows from my original DualSense controller (that came with the PS5 on launch day) all of a sudden losing input on the down d-pad button, essentially forcing me to buy a new DualSense, since no one seems to want to fix it (and that includes Best Buy/Geek Squad). However, coming from the original launch day white model, I feel like this Midnight Black DualSense is a much better product. I believe there may be subtle tweaks that have been made in the newer color models (i.e., better trigger haptics, buttons being a bit clickier, etc.) that make it superior to the original, but I will also say that the color is great, and I prefer it to the white. While the black might not match how the original console looks (without black faceplates), it is a better color because it does not collect dirt/sweat/random hand secretions in the back textured crevices (at least that is visible). My big complaint with the original white was that no matter how clean your hands were, the back of the controller eventually got dirty. The black color seems to avoid this issue for the most part, and that alone makes it worth getting over the standard white. All in all, it's not a PlayStation without a nice black controller, and this one does the job very well. Hopefully the buttons will last on this one for longer than a year and a half.

[Employee of bestbuy] I consider the xbox controller to be the definitive controller, but the PS5 Dualsense controller has so many great features - like haptic feedback - that makes it great for PS5 and PC. Warning though, not all PC games support this controller, but the game store Steam has great compatibility software built in. Also get a warranty from Best Buy, it allows for in store replacement which is incredibly helpful.

The DualSense may be one of the wildest controllers I've ever used, and I love it, but I wasn't a fan of the default white and black one you get with the system. The Midnight Black colorway looks great and the controller feels excellent in my large hands, an issue I had with most of ths previous PlayStation controllers which all felt a bit too small and dinky.
