The Xbox controller is much better.

The controller that came with the console got stick drift 2 weeks in bought another & again like a week later it got stick drift. The most recent controller I bought is still good but I feel it’s a matter of time before it goes bad too. Compared to my Series X controller the PS5 controller has had a lot more issues like stick drift, squeaky buttons and really short battery life. If Sony made it a bit more sturdy it would probably hold up a lot better I take good care of my stuff too the quality control is just not there. If you have a PS5 console an extra controller is a must because it will break prematurely.
