Weird issues for a brand new controller

It has to be from the factory because the package was sealed and brand new. The DPad also feels like something is sticking when changing directions quickly. I have two white controllers and the lighter blue variant and none of those have any issues. The dualsense itself is a great controller so if yours is perfect out of the box I expect you'll love it.

Best Buy great, but Sony price quality is terrible

We've been through like 10 PS5 controllers. These things just don't last but they still charge $75 for them. These controllers are worth about $25 for how well they hold up.
