This controller is the bomb. I had worn out the original white controllers. It got really loose and the buttons was as crisp as this purple one. The response time is better

I have had a lot of troubles with these ps5 controllers frankly but I appreciate their style and comfort for holding. Teh typical issues I experience include dridt stick and the controller altogether not being recognized by the console. Playstation needs to address this for sure.

Very amazing controller I just wish best buy wouldn't wait until the very las second to ship the system if it releases on the 12th I should receive it that day but alas best buy shipping ships it out 2-3 days after and like with this amazing controller I gonna get my system a week late =(

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas and he loves it. I was able to buy it online and pick up in the store. Much safer. The store is located close to my house so it is very convenient. Walked into store at pickup area and had minimal wait time.

The PS5 was definitely worth waiting, the controller, as well as the graphics, are mind-blowingly beautiful and the loading times are insane. Definitely would recommend it to anyone considering purchasing one. I haven't run into any issues at all after almost a month of daily use.

Got an “Open Box” controller that was either a refurbished or was used a while. Sticks were sticky like someone spilled something inside. Stick drift started the day my return window ended. Clearly not “like new” as it was described. My previous open box controller is doing great and seemed like it was new but opened as described. Check your stuff when you get it so you don’t miss the return window.

Excellent controller. Poor build quality. 13 months in the R2 button now has no resistance, buy the warranty if offered.

Good controller, similar to xbox 360, very comfortable

I've tried lower priced generic controllers, but the authentic Sony controllers work the best. The operation is smooth, the analog sticks don't start to drift.
