We had to swap out the first one, as the headphone jack was faulty. No problem with return, and purchase of a new one. Not BB’s fault, and the new one works just fine.

Connected to Bluetooth easily and I have no issues using it to play games on game pass or epic. It’s very comfortable to hold and the speaker/mic in the controller is an added plus.
