I bought this a few months ago for my birthday because I didn’t like the white one so I bought a black one which cost 80$ so then my dad got me one as a surprise so I never opened this one and today i open it to play with friends and it’s all scratched up and has bad stick drift so don’t buy form here

Lasted almost a year before the joystick started drifting. I know something always breaks on these controllers so it was expected. Why I always get a protection plan.

I've had 2 of these for only 6 months and they're already drifting! Absolutely ridiculous especially because of the price! Wow!

Purchased as an additional controller. X button is sticking already and the sticks feel cheap. Not worth $80. Better off spending the additional 120 to get the edge.

It's your typical dual sense controller when it comes to functionality, all though the actually color of this particular controller is not red. The color is actually more like a raspberry color, people looking to buy this just letting you know.

Literally built like paper. I have had to return this controller at least 5 times. They barely last half a year before acting up. My Xbox one has outlasted all 5 Playstation controllers. Please fix these for how much we pay for them. I dont drop it or mistreat it in anyway.

Excellent controller. Very responsive. Feels great in my big hands. The only negative about ps4 and ps5 controllers is the left analog stick starts to malfunction after about 10 months to one year of usage. Fortunately u will still be with in the 1 yr warranty period for replacement.

The product said it was open box, meaning not used, it came in a generic box and functioned properly for a few weeks and then the right triggers, R1 and R2 have not both stopped working JUST past the return period, which was yesterday. Beware open box items. Even from best buy.

Stick drift issues within the first 6 months of use. From what I've read this is a very common problem and there is no fix besides paying to send it into to Sony or paying for Best Buy extended warranty. At that point save yourself the trouble ans buy a different brand. That's what ill be doing.

It’s okay. Over priced 3rd time I have repurchase a ps5 controller for joy con issues. This color is very pretty in person.

It's technically red. Wish it was more red though. Also wish they sold the plates for the ps5 in stores. Anything is better than white though.

For a fifth gen console, you’d think the brainiacs at Sony would’ve figured out a way to engineer away the stiff buttons and joystick lag.

Reason for 1 star is that after 2 weeks the control started to have a joy stick drift. It's pretty useless at this point and can't be used. Unable to return due to time period elapsed after purchase.

Why does stick drift have to exist on these new controllers? I just bought this one and a few hours in I am dealing with it.

Bought to replace controller that came console, which already has drift. After two weeks, this already had sticky face buttons! Not great! Could be a really incredible piece of hardware, but too many ticky tack errors and issues this early on

Has stick shift but buying from Best buy saved me as I got areplacement

its really strange how the controller bugs easily after couple minutes of playing but its a nice color

Great controller, nice looks,only downside is durability. No charging cord is provided. This is my 5th controller since the ps5 has been released.

I asked my 7 year old his opinion and he said “You have to buy this because the controller is really good and there’s a lot of cool games” I do have to say that after almost a year and heavy usage it starts making a clicking noise. I don’t think it affects it just a little annoying.
