Stop working after about 8 months and had to buy a new one.

I have purchesed 5 remotes so far and they are all either dragging or buttom stuck.

I like the new controller. It feels good but mine isn’t calibrated that well it’s very slow to react and I’m Not getting a good response time with it.

Controller came in terrible condition. It worked at the beginning, but now has lots of stick drift and is completely unusable. Of course the return window is already closed as well.

I have 3 controllers that have horrible stick drift. They were all purchased at the time I bought my PS5. I purchased this controller less than 6 months ago and have hardly used it. Picked it up to play and it's unusable the stick drift is so bad.

We purchased this remote April 11th and not even a month later the remote has stick drift. Beyond disappointed with this issue.

Drift stick continues to plague this device, I have replaced it 3x's already for the same problem.

I tried to exchange I was having problems with all the red controllers but was denied

The PS5 controllers are great! The only note I'd make is that the black plastic seams to be the most brittle option of all the controllers I've owned.

Bought this to replace the original controller, which had started to drift. This one does not drift, but the R1 shoulder has developed an annoying squeek.

The build in microphone in the controller doesn’t work, I was sold a faulty controller.

They’re okay, some of the new features are great- but many of them fail after little use. The drift becomes insane after only about a month.

Had to return because it was moving like you are playing but I wasn’t and I wasn’t even using it yet

Great controllers, oem is the way to go. No stick drift issues. Pricing could be alot better though

I just bought the control and It is already having issue with the R2 button just stops working. Best Buy quality has really gone down in the past 3 years.

It is good controller. I like that its a gorgeous purple shade and is heavier than ps4 controllers. The one i dont like is it diesnt seem to hold battery very long but i can deal with it. I definitely recommend this product

Buttons sticking straight out of the box, doesn’t have the same feel as the controllers that came out of the box at release.

I dont play on my playstation very often,but this controller has developed such a bad stick drift on the left stick making it impossible to play any game.. Product seems nice at first, but the sticks are cheaply made.

Once again the cost does not reflect the quality. The joysticks are weak and easily broken.

The dual shock sensation is amazing.....but the quality not soo much. Within 2 months, both trigger buttons have broke. It makes no sense at all. So be careful with the trigger buttons.
