Employees dont really want to work and help

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this purchase was very inconvenient and annoying towards two weeks into the purchase of the item. to start off employer claimed and promised that i could not do a trade in value told me to try doing it my self online and that he doubts i would be able to do it. i went outside of the store and did everything online and set it for pick up along with the trade in value. seems like the employers don't even know their own companies rules and policy. two weeks into the purchase the controller started acting up.

not working

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I guess this is why Best buy is dying I don't know I will never buy another thing for Best buy as long as I live it's absolutely ridiculous I bought this remote when I opened it for my kids birthday 2 weeks later it did not work The x and the PlayStation button were mixed up apparently it was too late to return it and they will not fix it They will not help me one bit They will do nothing to make it easier on me so I just threw $60 and then trash like they did not care I've never been so upset with a company in my entire life

Buy the geek squad warranty so you can swap out with a new controller everytime this happens.
