Not a fan of Xbox. But am a slight fan of PS5 and a full fan of PS. Some games you cant play in M&K For example For honor. Gta5 (flying and driving). Dark souls. Sekiro. Emulators and I'm sure I missed a couple of obvious ones. IF YOU ARE READING THIS and you currently have a PS5 controller and are using it for PC. wrap your palm around the top part (the USB-C charging hole) for a second or two and try to move your character. The stability of the connection on these things suck and unless my computer is out in the opine with no walls or anything obstructing the line of sight of this thing. It will loose single

Stick drift is a problem way too early, and the battery life is so poor its sad.

Bought the Open Box Excellent condition. Item came in plain brown box. Did not include Orginal box packaging or inserts. Item came wrapped in bubble wrap in the box. Item had markings on the back and scratches. Very dissatisfied.

Solid controller... but the right thumbstick started drifting after less than a year

The store only had one in stock. The package had been opened so I bought it at a discount. After arriving home and opening it, it appeared as if someone had cleaned a chimney and went fairly hard on some much needed gaming after a hard day’s work. No such thing as a refund or a return for a new one for that matter. The fact the controller went hard right and did its own thing was an outstanding bonus.

The controller developed stick drift within a month.

They said it’s excellent condition but it wasn’t. I was expecting it to be good at least. Come on BestBuy we trust you.

First thing its not Red its maroon, i got the ps4 red controller and loved it, but i really dont like this color like its much darker and the color looks cheap... i am very disappointed...

Great only is used with a PS5. I tried to use it with a PC and some functions are limited due to lack of support by Microsoft so went with an xbox controller.

Defective product battery backup too low, need to recharge once every two hours

This was clearly a retuned item. There was no charging cord with it.

it doesnt feel good, it doesnt have a good grip and the performance is worse than any xbox or the switch controller.

I purchased this with my new PS5 to have a spare controller but it broke 3 days later they have the same problem as the ps4 controllers

Went to return unopened, unused item even received UPS return label from Best Buy. Then the item returned a few days later, saying it could not be refunded even though the box was never opened. Will not purchase anything from Best Buy again with this return policy.
