    Best Buy really came through for me in the clutch. My son’s controller went out as they were playing games for a party. I ordered from Best Buy. They had in stock and they even had a nice color. The controller worked as usual no problems with that it’s made by Sony, which is a pretty good brand except for the Bluetooth speakers but oh no good deal good price.

    Now I am not a gamer, but I got my son the PS5 for Christmas (2024), and I love to play Crash Bandicoot on his PS$, so I had to get me a controller too. And Sony you wonderful people made it in my favorite color! WORTH IT!

    The online order peocess was seamless and app was great. but the pickup process was not so good. had to wait in line for 15 mins while i watched other employees walk around aimlessly without assisting the cashier/pickup person/ return clerk.
