The new controllers are quite comfortable and solid. Picked up extra units so that we can play COOP.

3 stars because Somy was dirty and only put a 1500MaH battery in this awesome controller knowing full well that the haptics would drain the battery really fast. Even the DS4 controller for the PS4 Console has a 2400MaH battery so it makes no sense why they would have put a smaller battery in a way more advanced controller.

I gave three stars for value and quality because the last Two controllers I purchased only lasted about a year before the joystick controllers began to drift.

Doesn't jam like old one does. The only thing is mute button to close to the power button maybe needed speaker in the middle of them so you don't accidently hit the wrong one. It's a good controller for serious gaming.

I purchased an "open box-excellent" dualsense in black and it arrived quicky and almost in new condition with the original box. It's a great way to save a few bucks and still get a quality, original product.

Nice addition and the controller feels a bit more snug than the first controller I got with my PS5. I only used it for a little while but I'm going to try it with Astor's playroom to the full usage of the features.

Needed an extra controller for travel, and the PS5 wireless controllers are great to pair with iPad and whatever else you might need to use it with.

I brought this controller for my grandson who came with me to the store. As soon as we got home he was playing his new Xbox with it and he was so excited. He loves it.

This controller is very grounded and easy to move with. But feeling the controller might fall apart.
