Always buy my electronics from Best Buy. Great controller never have issues, but if I do, Im glad I have insurance on it. I am able to replace it and the customer service is awesome.

This is a amazing controller for the Playstation 5 i love the color and the feel of the controller is smooth buttons have quick response time can't say enough Playstation really out did themselves

Great design. Glad I was able to find one. Only issue I had was it was a locker pickup and the controller was not in a bag and the locker was literally full of dirt. Ended up scratching the box which wasn’t ideal but overall happy

My Favorite Color Ps5 Controller to use, was my first controller i bought becuase it looked so cool and i could put a warranty on it so just in case something happens i can get this same color again

Nice blue color and functions as it should. Im guessing Sony has some kind of thing going on with a non-clicky x button because the OG controller also had the same issue in the beginning. I added the white thumbstick grips just for aesthetics. No major complaints except for the X button.
