The adaptive triggers and haptic feedback truly enhance immersion in gameplay. Battery life is decent, and the build quality is top-notch. It’s a major upgrade from the previous generation

Good, but they don’t last!

The only thing I don’t like is the plastic build. This is my 6th dualsense in 3 years and everyone of my previous ones eventually developed joystick drift. I’m not sure if I’m just to hard on the joysticks, but this never happened with any of my PS4 controllers. I added the insurance plan for this one just in case. I’m tired of damaged $75 controllers.

A good controller

It feels good and it plays good. It costed less than other stores I went to. It Looks really nice.

Same Contoller, Great Color

Personally, I like the design a lot. Have grown quite accustomed to the heftier size. For this review specifically however I must say that the purple is quite nice! It’s certainly on the darker end, but considering I moved from a Black one to the Purple, it does the job. (Would love a pastel one, though!) If buying due to a messed up controller, you can be sure that you’re getting a new one when buying the Purple. The first run of controllers had more common problems.

The backup becomes the leader

The black controller that was purchased as the original backup had drift faster than the original. Thankfully that was still under Sony's warranty, sent back, and was fixed. I use this second back up as my main controller now and haven't had fruit since I purchased it. I read somewhere about certain model number not having drift but that turned out to be a myth. It's really luck of the draw. For the price of these controllers I wish and the recent price increase I wish I had kept the two additional controllers I had gotten by accumulating Dell reward points via Alienware Rewards. FYI, it's free to sign up and takes patience and consistency to accumulate points.
