Steam support is a little wonky now after some update, I have a feeling it has something to do with them wanting you to purchase the DSX software, which can be purchased on Steam or from their website. But once you get that it works flawlessly. And you can customize the haptics with it. There is a free version of DSX as well. If you want games to recognize it as a PS controller and use the gyroscope of other ps specific buttons you'll need to emulate it into a DS4 on free version of DSX. There are other programs out there as well some free and some not. I highly recommend if you have the extra $10 get the paid DSX for all the amazing features to be used that this controller offers.

I waited 2 and a half years to get a PlayStation, and the first thing I did was but this controller, followed by the matching covers from Sony. No regrets.... except maybe the price. but still if you can get it on sale or use gift certificates like I did then it's easily one of the best color choices for the system.

Love the color and of course PS5 remotes are the best! Enjoy the haptic feedback and controller speaker being used for different games. My kids enjoy their different color remotes and helps us determine which remote is who’s!

This PS5 controller is Excellent, feels good in hand it looks good the color looks nice and it doesn’t break easily I been having it for a couple months already and is still in good shape after dropping it a couple times from somewhere high I recommend 10/10

Color is nice. Playstation controllers are the most comfortable for gaming in my opinion. I use it for my pc though does require 3rd party software to work along side pc gaming. Do not buy for pc if you have trouble configuring such. Or just want a plug and play option for pc.

The controller is beautiful and the outside feels very smooth. Definitely operates just like the standard PS5 controller does. The only reason it is not get 5 stars is the price, but Best Buy cannot really control that.

I had to buy this controller because the last two that I owned got stick drift pretty bad. Ever since I bought this, I've definitely felt like the battery life is at least 25% longer than my last two. If I had one complaint, it would be that the L1 and R1 buttons kind of "stick" sometimes. Not as in "they are sticky" from pop or melted candy, but the sides of the button will sometimes rub against the casing of the controller if L1 or R1 (L1 more so) is pushed at the right angle. It has screwed me up a few times now while playing. Especially in God of War!! Gotta get that shiled upp!! But all in all, great controller.
