I am very satisfied with my purchase,and would recommend this item and store located on Milan road in Sandusky Ohio to others. Haptic feedback brings more immersion, adaptive triggers add a new element of gameplay, the built in speaker brings more sounds front in center to your experience. In a very nice red color

And the purple color, for whatever reason is crazy hard to find in my area. It was an open box, but i have had no issues at all. Will buy again
