The first is the price and the second is the charge port. I have replaced 2 controllers since I purchased my ps5 both with the same problem and this one showing the same signs,but luckily this time I got the geek squad protection.

Online ordering process was fine, and delivery super fast as it always is with Best Buy. Controller was recommended by an entire group of fifteen year olds who were very happy with its performance.
