Great controller , I love the vibrant pink color which fits the decor in my room and my vibrant personality.

Without a doubt, Playstation has gone to another level with colors!! My daughter loved her new control!

This was an open box controller and when I say we got a great deal for this, we did. When I opened the box for this PlayStation 5 controller, it looked brand new, and the analog was fresh.

Second controller necessary so not much more to say. Best Buy's stock is typically kept well up to date so it shipped fast at a time when supply chain constraints were at their highest

[Employee of bestbuy] Just like the white but with less grip. No issues so far and I have the blue version too. Happy with both so far, no glitches or drift and somewhat lighter than the controller the ps5 comes with.

The color its more of a light baby blue i’ll say; way better than the red one that is actually a bright pink

Controller came in perfect packaging, got it on sale really good deal.

I love this controller, it has amazing detail added but the only thing I'm not to fond of is that it is just the black controller with extra details. I already own the black controller and love it but it just feels a little lazy but i love the detail added so ots not a bad thing.

My favorite interesting color dark reddish maybe maroon. Feels good in the hand. I feel more comfortable playing warzone with ps5 controller than series x controller.

My boyfriend loved the color and says it looks "sick" lol, definitely will get again since he has mentioned that the controllers get stick drift after awhile usage.

Great product! Battery lasts long And it has a built in speaker, and microphone.

Nice feel in the hand, adaptive triggers are a nice feature, overall it's better than the ps4 controller.

I'd give it 5 stars if it were just a review of Best Buy, but that's not what this review is for. I bought this controller to replace another that was about a year old and had terrible drift occurring to the point that games were unplayable. The controller out of the box was great, the first several games were great, but I can already tell that the left trigger button is loose and activating during gameplay when not actually engaged. The problem is in the manufacturing of the controllers themselves and is what it is from Sony and Playstation, you may want to consider a good third party controller if you're willing to spend the money. If you need a new controller and are comfortable with these like I am, just understand they don't last as long as they should for the money.

The controller was marked as "Excellent Condition" but when we came to pick it up we were handed a beat plain cardboard box...clearly re-used...i say ok, is what it is.....30 seconds at home andn one of the controllers MAIN components was completely broken...most notably thee most common problem a Playstation 5 controller can have. Instant Stick Drift....like what??? So we came back and ended up paying more and purchasing it new. my mistake but don't Buy Best Buys's PS5 Controllers.....

Works great got this for my husband for Christmas it’s his favorite color no complaints
