The only thing I feel that I can judge is based on how they deliver their package. When compared to how PlayStation takes care of their package, Best Buy has a long way to go as I feel that if you’re trying to collect limited edition items, they do not do a good job taking care of their boxes or packages as they are a head or miss on the condition of how the item is going to arrive.

Good control but the microphone don’t works very well

Why it’s worth the $92 investment I know the $92 price tag might seem steep for a controller if you aren't tied into the Sony ecosystem, but when you look at it from the perspective of longevity and build quality, it’s a bargain. I’ve worked with plenty of controllers in the past, and I can tell this one is built for sustained use. The analog sticks feel high-precision, the tactile feedback on the buttons is satisfying and consistent, and it feels like it can handle a fair amount of wear and tear without losing its responsiveness. Final Verdict If you are looking for a controller that isn't just a toy, but a high-performance input device that looks as good as it functions, this is the one to get. It’s essentially a professional-grade peripheral that just happens to be marketed to PlayStation users. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase—it fits perfectly into my tech stack and is a joy to use every single day.

I really like the quality of this controller, and the Remix Green color scheme looks even better in person. The build quality feels solid, and the unique design is the main reason I'm keeping it. My only disappointment is that it doesn't have the textured grip found on the standard DualSense controller. Instead, the handles are made of smooth plastic, which makes it feel a little less secure and comfortable during longer gaming sessions. I also find myself preferring the weight and grip of the original controller. Overall, it's a great-looking controller with excellent quality, but I wish Sony had kept the textured grip from the standard version.

My box was damaged cause I guess you guys don’t know how to handle a box with care. And I’m not talking about the box It was shipped in. The box the product box was damaged.

OMG, if you love Ghost of Yōtei, you need this controller! Just got mine and it's sitting pretty on my setup right now. The gold brushed design is straight fire—those sword slash grooves are actually etched in, giving it this killer texture that feels grippy and premium in your hands during those long revenge sessions. The style pops with the cream body, gold accents on the buttons, and Atsu's silhouette—pairs perfectly with the game. Haptics make galloping on horseback feel epic, and it grips better for combos. A bit pricey, but total must-have for fans. Plays flawlessly on PS5, no issues. Worth every penny!

The weight of this is perfect, the battery life is amazing. The look is amazing; the blue handles really stand out. Fantastic controller, highly recommend.

After numerous DualSense purchases over the last 4 years because of the ever consistent and inevitable stick drift, I bought this one. Why not, right? (Eye-Roll) Decent colorway to be fair, however the smooth gloss finish of the green portion is a stark texture change from any of the other standard DualSense controller designs. I wasn't the biggest fan at the start, but it's genuinely starting to grow on me. Weirdly enough, after several weeks of use, no stick drift.... yet. Fingers crossed this one will last longer than others. Would be 5 stars if I hadn't been burned by Sony at least 4 other times. 4 times bitten, staying shy. All in all not a terrible version, just know it'll feel different in your hands at 1st if you're familiar with the DS.
