Purchased an "Open Box" unit from Best Buy and it was in excellent condition, it appeared as if it had only been opened (package seal broken) but not actually removed or used. Excellent value.

Great controller, love the haptic feedback, very cool. Giving this a 4/5 because the R1 trigger has since gotten sticky, probably as a result of my playing too much God of War. Aside from that, great purchase.

PS5 is the best be aware the workers don't listen to customers i asked for a ps5 call of duty game and she brought me a ps4 game i didn't notice it until my son opened it up and then realized it was a ps4 game not a ps5 game however store policies they do not return opened games so be aware after buying a ps5 remote control and then the ps5 games are stored with the cashier who never listen to customers 1star for best buy store workers i can exclude the computer laptop's sector the are smart and they listen to customers every other department Doesn't Listen BE AWARE
