Sony always has a good product. It’s hard to write Sony a bad review because every Sony product I’ve ever had lasted a very long time so not much more to say.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my grandson and he loves it. In his favorite color, works well and he's been enjoying endless gaming time using it. Best By website was easy to navigate and the order was shipped and received quickly, right in time for Christmas!

The Pro controller is the only controller I use for my Switch. It has an exceptionally long battery life, and I’ve never encountered any issues with stick drift.

I was hesitant about buying used ps5 controller but after talking to the associate at Bestbuy it's been tested throughly from being sold by geek squad, I was sold, since I needed the controller asap. Also they 14 day return/exchange policy made me at ease. Of you're hesitant, just buy it in pre-owned, in worst case, youcan always return it.

Got this for Christmas. I find it very responsive and smooth. No drifting and seems to be an upgrade over the original controllers. The colors are also amazing on this with a lot more purple than the pictures show. My son is jealous of this one because of the colors.

Like the color, it matches my black PS5 Pro. Had to go all black on the controller & the console because the ps5 is big & ugly. This color scheme is definitely the way to go for me at least, in the future I might get a blue one also. I got it on sale open box excellent and it was in perfect condition. I think buy these controllers at regular price is to high for me.
