It works nice looks nice easy to pair with ps5 you should buy

My controller stopped working after 4 months and I was using it lightly. It was a secondary controller for if my original one died while I was playing. Waste of money. It won't charge wirelessly or wired.

This one has issues even for being Brand New it had drifting issues replaced the controller for the same one same issue

Broke in less then a year. Would never buy again thank you

This is the second one I've purchased after the original and the first purchased one developed serious drift issues. I'm betting thisa one will have the same fate after a couple months of play time. Google it. I believe there is a class action suit against Sony for this since its so prevalent. There are plenty of video's and write-ups on how to fix the drift issue but all have proven to be temporary and not perminent, at least for me. I'm certainly not going to take it apart and clean the potentiometers as some suggest, shouldn't have to. I'm hoping that another company will step up with an aftermarket compatible controller soon.

It stopped working after 2 weeks. It always happens with devices that are not bought with PS consoles. It happened with my previous PS4 device that I bought from you and it is happening with the new PS5 now.

I’m really disappointed with the quality of this controller, the battery lasts noticeably less time than my other dualsenses and has a terrible rattling noise coming from it when it is vibrating from game play.

Sensitivity was way too high and it seema way too sloppy, slimy for FPS. Imho I do have older versions of the PS controlles that i prefer better.

Was not working. Next day took it to same shop but supervisors refused to exchange or refund. It is better it online where your refund is confirmed.

The color controllers suck brought 2 on the same day and 19 days later both stop working on the same day buttons stop working never drop them at all

It’s unacceptable I was supposed to been have my controller I love bestbuy but this just makes me second think everything.

I bought a used one that said “Like New” but it has serioussss controller drift. Will be returning.

Has to return because it was clearly used and had finger smudges on controller already.

I purchased my controller and my auxiliary port was not working. I was so discouraged I didn’t even take it back to the store.
