I got this for my son and he loves it! It feels good and it looks great.

This controller is absolutely amazing, although it was hard to get used to since I constantly used a DualShock 4. This controller is so much bigger rounder and heavier than the DualShock 4, which isn't really a big deal but it takes my mind off the game for a moment. Lastly I tried to connect it to my PC which worked perfectly but the controller could not play any games. So personally while the controller is great this app needs a 4.5 rating to really say the truth of how good and bad it is.

The wireless controllers are very responsive, the battery lasts a few days easy even with 4-5 hours each day and the speakers/vibration on the controller itself really adds to the experience! The blue is such a stunning color too.

This is a beautiful controller. It works just as well as the blue and white controllers that came with our PS5, but this one is in a matte black that just screams "stealth" and "victory".

Man the camo design just hits perfectly!! Arrived very fast with no damages. Controller works perfectly, this is the 2nd one I’ve ordered and it’s for my PC - first controller I bought is 8months in with no stick drift or any issues like that.

The DualSense is the successor to Sony's DualShock 4. As the DualSense's name suggests, it is quite the departure from Sony's previous controller. The DualSense is much more comfortable and features many new features to help immerse gamers. The controller's enhanced rumble capabilities truly transform what it "feels" like to play. The Midnight Black looks amazing paired up with my PC build, which it is also fully compatible with.

Typical PS5 controller. Necessary & good buy. Joystick is stiff in certain games and doesn't rotate camera in certain games. However, maybe it's just Sony and has nothing to do with BestBuy.

Bought item as an open box in store. The controller does what is expected with no issues. Gameplay is smooth. The color is pretty. Its a Sony Controller, what else is there to say.

I purchased 3 Duals at launch of PS5 for whatever year that was. 2 have now developed drift in the left stick, one so bad it was completely retired probably 12 mths ago, creating the need for a new purchase. Why is this a thing now with controllers? Had to replace a couple of Joy-cons and was all on my soapbox about Nin quality control, then Sony— same thing. Frustrating; still have several PS 3 & 4 duals in commission without durability issues. Anyway, you can throw a bunch of money at an Edge, to hedge on the problem, or get this one and pray to Kronos that it doesn’t venture off to Valhöll before PS6 drops. I opted for religion and—for now—more money in my wallet. And if you are going to do battle, might as well pull on the grey camo. I continue to be a sucker for this color aesthetic each gen, would do a green too if available (and could find on sale). Five stars overall for the color, feel, triggers, etc of the new DS; two stars for durability in my family’s usage but I never touch third-party cons to recommend you elsewhere. As always: your mileage may vary.
