Bought controller because my old one got stick drift and honestly love this controller.

I love this remote and the black/grey color combo. The remote itself is comfortable to play with and sleek. It also holds up for a long time, but I love that we can purchase warranty with it for only $20!

Bought myself a ps5 but I love to play 2 player games with my boyfriend so I got a second remote! Makes games a lot more fun!

Thanks Sony/PlayStation this pattern for a Daulshock is timeless. This is my 4th ps5 controller and I’m satisfied with my purchase, I have 1 new one I bought with this controller on Black Friday and two older ones but finger food snacking and gaming aren’t the most compatible operations.

Great entry to the next gen of video game controllers. While Xbox’s controller was nothing new, the Dualsense is adaptive like no other and really is high quality. There’s a reason a new series S/X controller can be as low as 40 dollars while ps5 is 70.

It's a PS5 controller, but in a cool color. This purchase was all about the aesthetic. The haptic feedback is fun, and the built in mic works surprisingly well if you don't already have a headset. My only real gripe across the board is battery life, but that's a Sony issue, not a Best Buy issue. As far as Best Buy, I ordered via the app, drove to the store after work, and was able to pick up seamlessly.

Really excellent finish and feel. I love the triggers when they interact with specific game mechanics like driving a car or pulling a trigger, hardening and feeling more realistic. I've had some bluetooth connectivity issues with it on pc that get fixed by reconnecting.

Love the purple. Bought it to be an alternate for my original controller. Would probably use it on PC once they put more support to it when used wirelessly (haptic feedback, adaptive triggers)

Great replacement for an aging Dual Sense, and the black looks nice and sleek!

Haptic feedback is great. Only complaint is how easily it gets dirty. I feel I may need to play with a pair of gloves. It is very easy to clean. The color way and construction are very well done. Highly recommend buying an additional controller to play.
